1. الملكية الفكرية وتصاميم الطباعة1. Intellectual Property & Designs
العميل هو المسؤول الأول والأخير عن حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتصاميم، الشعارات، والصور التي يقدمها لـ (Cup) لطباعتها على الأكواب.The client is solely responsible for the intellectual property rights of designs, logos, and images provided to CUP. for printing.
تعتبر (Cup) جهة تنفيذية فقط، ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية في حال مطالبة أي طرف ثالث بحقوق التصميم المقدم من العميل.CUP. acts only as an executing party and bears no legal liability if a third party claims rights over the client's design.
الحد الأدنى لطلب الأكواب المخصصة هو 10,000 كوب، وقد يختلف حسب نوع الطباعة.Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10,000 cups, and may vary based on printing type.
نظراً لأن الأكواب المخصصة تُصنع بطلب خاص لتعكس هوية العميل، فإنه لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها بأكواب غير مخصصة.Since custom cups are specially manufactured to reflect the client's identity, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
جميع الالتزامات (جداول التوريد، الأسعار الثابتة لفترات طويلة) لا تُفعل إلا بعد توقيع عقد رسمي بين الطرفين وإصدار أمر توريد (PO).All obligations (supply schedules, long-term fixed pricing) are activated only after signing an official contract and issuing a Purchase Order (PO).
تصدر (Cup) فواتير ضريبية رسمية لجميع المعاملات المؤسسية، وتُعتبر الفاتورة المستند الرسمي لضمان حقوق الطرفين.CUP. issues official tax invoices for all corporate transactions, and the invoice is the official document guaranteeing both parties' rights.
4. الشحن والتوصيل4. Shipping & Delivery
نقوم بالشحن والتوصيل لجميع مناطق المملكة العربية السعودية.We ship and deliver to all regions in Saudi Arabia.
تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المنطقة وطبيعة الطلب (تصنيع أكواب أو توريد قهوة جاهز)، وتُحدد المدة المتوقعة للتسليم عند توقيع العقد أو تأكيد الطلب.Delivery time varies based on region and order type, and the estimated time is determined upon contract signing or order confirmation.
5. الضمانات5. Guarantees
نضمن جودة الطباعة، دقة الألوان، والخامات لجميع الأكواب والمحاصيل الموردة.We guarantee printing quality, color accuracy, and materials for all supplied cups and crops.
نضمن دقة جودة المحاصيل قبل التسليم، حيث نعتمد على شركاء موردين معتمدين لتوريد المحاصيل العالمية والمحلية بجودة عالية.We guarantee crop quality assurance upon delivery, relying on approved supply partners for high-quality global and local crops.
المنتجات الغذائية (القهوة المغلفة) لا تخضع للاسترجاع إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنع واضح يتم الإبلاغ عنه خلال 24 ساعة.Food products (packed coffee) are non-returnable unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect reported within 24 hours.
لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء التخزين أو الاستخدام الخاطئ من قبل العميل.The guarantee does not cover damages caused by improper storage or misuse by the client.
